This document serves as a work authorization for repairs to be performed at your home on Nirvana Pool Heat Pumps brand units. By signing this document, you acknowledge the conditions and authorize the company’s technicians to perform the necessary work.
General Conditions
Important Notice
1. If your pool heat pump is still covered under warranty, it is your responsibility to provide valid proof of purchase when completing the service call form. If you fail to provide this invoice, you agree to cover the travel fee, amounting to $175 plus taxes, as well as labour fees at a rate of $175/hour.
2. If your repair is covered under warranty, you will not pay the service and travel fees, unless the reported issue is not covered under warranty (e.g., condensation). Please make sure to complete the necessary checks before our visit.
3. If your pool heat pump is under warranty, you are not required to be present. Please make sure that your circuit breaker and valves are accessible to the technician.
4. Service call fee: $175/hour, 15-minute minimum. Travel fee: $175 plus taxes. Maximum of 100 km from the unit’s point of purchase.
5. For any pool heat pump not covered under warranty, we require that a person at least 18 years of age be present when the technician arrives.
6. If no one can be at home during the technician’s visit and your pool heat pump is not covered under warranty, we require a credit card number on file.
7. If the technician arrives and no one is on site, the pool heat pump will not be repaired. Another appointment will then be offered to you.
Important Information
If your installation is not compliant, we may need to postpone the technician’s visit, and travel fees may be charged to you ($175 plus taxes).
